As of 2026, the roster has grown far beyond the original Cunning Hares and now includes biker gangs, phantom thieves, idol groups, martial artists, and even a Void Hunter with a mechanical tail. The player steps into the role of a Proxy, moving through the ordinary city as Wise or Belle while guiding other agents through the warped Hollows with the help of loyal little Bangboo. Let’s be real, keeping track of everyone is practically a second job.
The Proxies and Gentle House
The story begins with Wise and Belle, the two Proxies who share an almost twin-like role in New Eridu. They are not traditional fighters but instead control Bangboo from a safe distance, helping clients survive the disorienting depths of the Hollows. From their video store base, the siblings serve as the player’s anchor while other agents take center stage in combat.
The Gentle House, also known as the Cunning Hares, is the first faction most players meet. This odd-job agency likes to pretend it is casual, but its members are surprisingly capable. Anby is the quiet movie lover with mysterious origins and a strangely advanced fighting style. Nicole is the pink-haired leader who accidentally brought Anby into the group and carries a briefcase that turns into a weapon. Billy is the robot hiding behind a human disguise, always ready to show off with dual pistols. Nekomiya Mana, better known as Nekomata, darts across the battlefield with cat ears, a tail, and a flurry of blades.
Belobog Industries
Heavy machinery and roaring bear emblems define Belobog Industries. This construction company brings plenty of muscle to the Hollows. Anton sports spiky red and black hair, a caution tape headband, and an arm-mounted drill that would make any construction site jealous. Koleda is the short but fiery boss who swings a hammer-drill hybrid with more attitude than her small frame suggests. Ben is a huge bear with a scar over one eye and a hulking weapon that looks like a terrible idea for anyone standing in front of it. Grace tempers the group’s roughness with intelligence, elegance, and a genuine caring nature.
Victoria Housekeeping Co.
Equal parts refined and unsettling, Victoria Housekeeping Co. cleans both homes and Hollows for a fee. Corin wears a classic maid’s dress with shackles and chains, but the teddy bear backpack softens the look. Lycaon is the white-furred butler hybrid with golden knuckle dusters and a mask. Rina glides through combat while strange mechanical ghosts follow her every step. Ellen is the shark-tailed young woman who prefers naps over assignments and carries a weapon that looks more like an oversized gun than a housekeeping tool.
Criminal Investigation Special Response Team
The New Eridu Public Security keeps citizens safe, and its Criminal Investigation Special Response Team includes some of the most hardworking agents in the city. Zhu Yuan is the devoted leader who never turns down a chance to help. Qingyi is an android with nunchaku and an odd habit of tasting things at crime scenes. Seth carries a riot shield and baton that transforms into a massive sword. Jane Doe is the mysterious damage dealer with boots that kick out shocking numbers, though her true loyalties remain unclear. Cissia is a snake thiren from the Metropolitan Order Division who uses her almost prehensile tail in battle.
Sons of Calydon
The Sons of Calydon roll through the Outer Ring in black leather and spikes. Caesar King leads the biker gang with a sword and shield, inheriting the title from her father. Lucy swings a spiked baseball bat and sends pigs flying at enemies. Piper is the sleepy truck driver who spins into combat with a giant hammer-shaped tool. Burnice tends bar and fires dual flamethrowers, which is exactly as dangerous as it sounds. Lighter lurks outside the cinema with sunglasses and a leather jacket, and Pulchra eventually joins the gang as a physical stun unit despite starting out on the opposite side.
Section 6
Section 6 brings a supernatural elegance to the battlefield. Soukaku is the blue-skinned oni with white hair and a pole weapon. Miyabi is the kitsune-like swordswoman with glowing red eyes and a huge katana. Yanagi serves as Deputy Chief and uses electro anomaly powers. Soldier 11 is the loyal white-haired fighter from the OBOL Squad, while Trigger joins her with electric stun abilities and a matching military look. Seed is a small girl who rides a hover scooter and sometimes hops onto the larger robot she calls Seed Sr. Orphie has horns, red hair, and a mechanical tail named Magus. Soldier 0 – Anby belongs to the Silver Squad and remains an electric attack agent, though her S-rank version is very different from the burger-loving original.
Stars of Lyra and Mockingbird
The music world of New Eridu belongs to the Stars of Lyra. Astra Yao is the famous singer with an ether support kit, while Evelyn is her manager and protector, bringing fire attack power to the stage.
Meanwhile, Mockingbird is a phantom thief operation led by Hugo Vlad, an ice attack character who uses a briefcase in combat. Vivian Banshee is the workaholic toolmaker obsessed with Phaethon, and she fights with a giant parasol as a five-star ether anomaly unit.
Yunkui Summit and Spook Shack

The Spook Shack adds stranger faces to the Waifei Peninsula. Alice is a noble physical anomaly agent. Yuzuha carries a tanuki on her back while providing support. Komano Manato is a wolf-like figure with black and red hair. Lucia looks like a magical maiden with ether support. Yidhari is an octopus thiren with purple tentacles and a hefty ice hammer.
Krampus, Angels of Delusion, and E.S.D.
The Krampus arm of TOPS is still mysterious, but its known agents include robotic lion Banyue, phone-obsessed Dialyn, rabbit thiren Cute Zhao, and ice anomaly judge Promeia.
The Angels of Delusion idol trio finally arrived after being teased early on. Sunna composes the music, Aria hides her Intelligent Construct nature on stage, and leader Nangong Yu steps in as a stun unit to stop enemies in their tracks.
The External Strategy Department debuted in Roscaelifer. Velina is the Administrative Director and the first character to use the wind element, while Norma is the Chief Technician who somehow fits Bangboo references into nearly every combat move.
The Covenant and Upcoming Agents
