To even see the City Fund, a Proxy must unlock Combat Simulation in Main Story Chapter 1 ‘Cat’s Lost & Found’. Once that’s done, the Basic Plan automatically unlocks at the start of each season. From there, every Expansion Task completed feeds experience into the Fund Level. It’s the kind of loop where a little daily play can snowball into a very healthy pile of loot.

Level-Up Rewards 📦
After unlocking Growth Plan or Premium Plan, raising City Fund Level unlocks exclusive rewards, including the exclusive namecard ‘Between White Doves and Fireworks’, W-Engine Microcontroller Unit, Hamster Cage Pass, Resonating Core, and upgrade materials. One very convenient twist: Proxies can choose their desired type of upgrade materials to be obtained. That means no more praying for the right material type to appear.
At City Fund Level Lv. 30, Proxies can claim the Great Builder’s Certificate. It is a time-limited reward for the current City Fund period. It will not carry over to the next New Eridu City Fund period, and it expires automatically if not used within the time limit. In short, nobody should sleep on it. Because the certificate won’t wait around, a Proxy who reaches Level 30 should claim and use it as soon as possible.
Plan Upgrade and Purchase Window ⏰
Proxies who already unlocked the Growth Plan can purchase the Plan Upgrade to upgrade to the Premium Plan. That’s the bridge option for anyone who wants the extra loot without buying Premium from scratch.
The purchasing window is important. Growth Plan, Premium Plan, and Plan Upgrade purchases for the current event close on 2026/03/23 02:59 (server time), one hour before the event ends. After purchasing closes, Proxies may still complete Expansion Tasks and claim rewards, so the tail end of the event isn’t a complete dead zone. Still, anyone aiming for the premium track should lock it in before the purchase cutoff.
